HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
  • When your order has shipped you will be sent a tracking number. These orders numbers can then be tracked with International Post. All our orders ship with tracking and All shipment can be tracked from the Express Official website.

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE GST?
  • Yes. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
  • We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

HOW LONG DO I GET MY ORDER?
  • All orders can take up to 5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to clear the production stage of our order process, Once cleared past the production stage, orders are shipped through fast express (7-10 DAYS). Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to deliver depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.

WHEN WILL MY BACKORDER ARRIVE?
  • Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
  • During the checkout page we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
